Stewart
International Airport, located in Newburgh, New York hosted the
airshow in 2003 with the intention of repeating on a two-year cycle,
however, no show has been scheduled for 2005. Stewart maintains
an active military air wing.
The
2003 Stewart International Airshow featured the Navy's Blue Angel
flight demonstration team and some impressive demonstrations by
an RCAF FA-18 and USAF F-15C. There was also an interesting demonstration
of the capabilities of the C-5A Galaxy, an amazing aircraft.
